Shipping Fee Information
- Free Shipping to USA and PR on orders of $130.00 or more
- Flat rate shipping of $8.00 for all orders below $130
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email
once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package through the carrier’s
website to monitor its progress.
Changing shipping address
Black Tulips Boutique is not liable for any missed, incorrect, or incomplete shipping
details. Please make sure to double check your shipping information at checkout. If you
notice an error or if you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately so
we can make the necessary changes before the package is sent to its final destination.
However, once the package has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Any additional costs for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Black Tulips Boutique is not responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you
think your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the
corresponding carrier.
