Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted only if the items meet the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Size: If you received an item in a size different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Defective: If the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, without any odors or stains and with
    all original tags attached.

Customers are allowed a maximum of 5 returns per calendar year. This limitation helps us prevent the misuse of our return policy. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days after the order has been delivered. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.

Return Process:

  • Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at
    blktulips@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include a detailed description of
    the issue, and any relevant photos.
  • Review and Approval: Our team will review your request. If your return is
    approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please note that
    customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
  • Return Options: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be offered a store credit for the value of the returned item or an exchange for another item of equal value.

No cash refunds will be provided. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items
All Sale Items, Pre-Orders, Bodysuits, White & Ivory Clothing, Sequin clothing,
Layaways and Accessories, are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns nor
exchanges. 

Gift Card Policy
Gift cards purchased through our website are sent via email to the address provided at checkout. No physical gift cards will be mailed out. All gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Fair Use
If we notice a suspicious return pattern, like items being worn and returned, an
unusually high volume of returns, or returns that don't match the original order, we may reserve the right to reject your returns and possibly deactivate your account. If you think this decision is a mistake, please reach out to our Support team, and we’ll gladly review the situation with you.

Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled,
and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
